At the premiere of “Pineapple Express” last night at Mann’s Village Theater Westwood, Jim Carrey debuted a freshly shaved head.
By his side, as always, was girlfriend Jenny McCarthy…even when he makes his classic “Ace Ventura” faces.

On the same day New York magazine published claims she had undergone a $30,000 cosmetic treatment for her face.
